My name is Houdelyne, the founder of Liline Caribbean Cuisine, a catering service specializing in dishes with a Caribbean flair. I started this business in 2007, after graduating from McFatter Technical College with a degree in culinary arts. My passion is to bring people together through food, and to showcase the rich and diverse cultures of the Caribbean region.
